Job Description

At Tate Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position working on the second shift, with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for testing materials and finished products to ensure they meet all applicable company standards. This includes performing routine and job-specific load performance tests, ensuring test equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, and maintaining updated certified testing reports.

The ideal candidate will have three plus years of manufacturing experience, strong shop-floor orientation, and knowledge of extrusion cutting, milling, and assembly processes. A detailed-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills is required.
