Tate Inc. is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Saint Paul, VA.

The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role involves testing materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will test products at various stages to guarantee quality levels are met.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring all test equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, performing routine and job-specific load performance tests, and maintaining updated certified testing reports on standard products.

You will also be responsible for assisting with continuous improvement of product and manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure product quality objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will have three plus years of manufacturing experience, strong shop-floor orientation, and knowledge of extrusion cutting, milling, and assembly processes.
