Client Services Coordinator- Support Specialist

About the Role
As a Client Services Coordinator at The MJ Companies, you will play a vital role in supporting our Benefits Consulting team by providing exceptional internal client service, strategic coordination, and comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting Coordination and Scheduling: Manage and schedule core client meetings, including Vision, Launch, Midpoint, Decision, and Renewal sessions. Schedule follow-up calls and ad-hoc meetings with carriers and vendors.
- Client Support and Administrative Tasks: Provide internal client support, including email communications, legislative notifications, and monthly updates. Track and maintain internal lists, such as client surveys and contact lists.
- Data and Analytics Preparation: Pull and analyze client data, including vendor utilization reports and claim summaries, to provide insights for client review.
- Playbook Development and Maintenance: Prep client playbooks, compiling and formatting slides and relevant content.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business or related area or equivalent work experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Preferred minimum of 2 years in client-facing customer service, administrative support, or project management.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
