Job Description:

This role involves supporting project execution, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring objectives are met. You'll work closely with various departments, including Data Services, Product/Website Development, and Claims Operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Projects: Oversee project lifecycles, coordinating with operational teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  2. Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside internal departments to enhance service quality and ensure objectives are met.
  3. Communicate with Clients: Respond promptly to client inquiries, understanding their needs and providing accurate information.

As a Client Services Coordinator Lead, you'll have the opportunity to develop business rules while working with Project Managers and operational teams to improve service quality.

We offer a competitive salary of $21.00 per hour and a 1-year contract with potential to extend.
