Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Identify and develop effective marketing strategies to reach middle-market clients and grow our business.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales and Service: Effectively sell insurance and investment products to clients, while also providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Proactively develop community relationships to cultivate and strengthen our presence in target markets.
  • Record Keeping and Administration: Accurately maintain client and company records, payments, and other administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to analyze client needs and understand financial products.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Obtain and hold State Life and Health license prior to hire, and obtain and hold the FINRA SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 within one year of employment.
Working Conditions
  • Travel: Access to an automobile and ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
