We are seeking a charismatic Server Representative to join our Kona Ice team. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers at various events and locations. Your duties will include arriving safely to scheduled events, greeting customers courteously, and providing superior service with speed and accuracy. You will also be responsible for complying with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines, performing basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse, and completing beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking. Additionally, you must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation, and communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff. Requirements include being at least 16 years of age, having reliable transportation, and being available on weekends.
