Position Overview:


GEMINI PERSONNEL PTE. LTD. is on the lookout for a skilled Reliability Engineer to enhance the performance and dependability of our extensive pipeline infrastructure. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our operations in the energy sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive reliability assessments to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Establish and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate reliability metrics and detect patterns.
  • Utilize data analytics and predictive maintenance techniques to improve equipment functionality and avert potential failures.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams to promote and implement reliability best practices.
  • Continuously investigate and adopt innovative technologies to boost equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in engineering design evaluations to ensure reliability aspects are incorporated.
  • Perform risk evaluations and devise strategies to mitigate equipment failure risks.

Qualifications:


Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering, particularly with rotating machinery or valves. An advanced degree in Reliability Engineering is preferred. A proven history of employing reliability methodologies and tools, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
