Reliability Program Manager - Equipment Optimization Specialist Job Description

As a Reliability Program Manager - Equipment Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the overall reliability and maintenance strategy for our Fulfillment Center operations. This includes identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing equipment performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reliability and maintenance strategy to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Lead and manage a team of reliability engineers and technicians to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through process improvement and leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
