Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at identifying and securing new business prospects within the logistics industry.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with both potential and existing clients, particularly in niche retail and global logistics.
  • Leverage GoHighLevel CRM to oversee sales activities, monitor leads, and report on sales outcomes.
  • Represent Lonestar Trade LLC at trade exhibitions, networking functions, and industry seminars.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop content and manage the company's digital presence to draw in new clients.
  • Deliver customized logistics solutions to clients, negotiate agreements, and finalize deals to meet sales objectives.
  • Remain informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the logistics or 3PL sector.
  • Comprehensive logistics background, encompassing retail logistics, international shipping, or supply chain management.
  • Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient with technology, including CRM systems, client portals, and automation tools.
  • Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure and driven to attain high earnings.

Compensation Structure:

This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation model with the potential for substantial earnings based on performance. Base salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
