Logistics Sales Consultant

Lonestar Trade LLC is a forward-thinking and expanding third-party logistics provider with a focus on e-commerce solutions. We are on the lookout for a skilled Logistics Sales Consultant who possesses a wide range of logistics expertise to become a vital member of our team. This position presents an exciting chance to contribute significantly to our ongoing growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at identifying and securing new business prospects within the logistics industry.
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with both potential and existing clients, particularly in niche retail and global logistics.
- Leverage GoHighLevel CRM to oversee sales activities, monitor leads, and report on sales outcomes.
- Represent Lonestar Trade LLC at trade exhibitions, networking functions, and industry seminars.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop content and manage the company's digital presence to draw in new clients.
- Deliver customized logistics solutions to clients, negotiate agreements, and finalize deals to meet sales objectives.
- Remain informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the logistics or 3PL sector.
- Comprehensive logistics background, encompassing retail logistics, international shipping, or supply chain management.
- Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient with technology, including CRM systems, client portals, and automation tools.
- Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure and driven to attain high earnings.
Compensation Structure:
This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation model with the potential for substantial earnings based on performance. Base salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
