We are on the lookout for a skilled Sales Representative with a broad range of logistics expertise to become part of our team. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to play a significant role in our development and achievements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to discover and secure new business opportunities within the logistics industry.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with both potential and current clients, especially in niche retail and global logistics.
  • Leverage GoHighLevel CRM to oversee sales activities, monitor leads, and report on sales metrics.
  • Represent Lonestar Trade LLC at trade exhibitions, networking gatherings, and industry seminars.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to generate content and manage the company's digital presence to attract new clientele.
  • Deliver customized logistics solutions to clients, negotiate agreements, and finalize deals to meet sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, technologies, and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the logistics or 3PL sector.
  • Diverse logistics background, encompassing retail logistics, international shipping, or supply chain management.
  • Proven history of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Technologically adept with a grasp of CRM systems, client portals, and automation tools.
  • Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure and driven to attain high earnings.

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive commission-based pay structure with the potential for substantial earnings based on performance. Base salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
