Mobile Device Utilization: Implement mobile devices for warehouse operations, including put-aways, picking, loading, and inventory management.

Training Development: Conduct super-user training through various delivery methods to strengthen the super-user network.

Documentation Management: Prepare, publish, and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.

Multitasking Ability: Exhibit the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and global environment.

Required Skills

Individuals in this role are recognized as subject-matter experts (SMEs) with minimal oversight. Their decisions significantly impact financial, organizational, and functional areas. They possess a broad understanding of business operations and deep knowledge of IT management systems.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and leadership skills to drive change effectively. Candidates should have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in business processes and systems analysis, including SAP SD, LO, and WM configuration through multiple full SAP implementations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze business and technical processes for improvement opportunities.

Education and Certifications

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for degrees in Management Information Systems or Logistics. Additional certifications such as PMP and experience with S4 HANA are advantageous.
