Job Overview

Brilliant Earth is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and maintaining a luxurious environment in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized and memorable experiences for Brilliant Earth customers, exceeding their expectations and building lasting relationships.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and efficient product flow.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a luxurious environment in the showroom, adhering to visual merchandising standards and ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
  • Assist with daily operations, including receiving and processing shipments, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in inventory management and customer relationship management software.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
