Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Retention: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of banking products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households.
- Lead Management and Referral Generation: Develop and execute lead management strategies to maximize business results, generating quality referrals to ecosystem partners and leveraging tools and protocols to drive growth.
- Ecosystem Leadership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners, including PNCI, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage, to identify and introduce clients to the resources best equipped to meet their needs.
- Customer Experience Management: Deliver a differentiated client experience through advanced conversation skills, tailored solutions aligned with customer needs, and timely problem-solving, escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with branch staff to identify mass affluent and business banking opportunities, and collaborate with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to follow up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet with business clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Banking products, business acumen, customer experience management, digital awareness, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, prospecting, selling, and understanding customer needs.
- Experience: Roles at this level typically require < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
