About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Mammoth Mountain. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and architecting future upgrades, as well as outlining preventative maintenance plans for all lift and high voltage infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our lift and high voltage systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on high voltage systems, including motors, controls, and electrical infrastructure
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve electrical system issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures for electrical system maintenance and repair
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Graduate from an Electrical or Millwright course, or equivalent work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the ANSI code and electrical safety protocols
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of motor controls, DC/AC drives, PLC systems, relay logic, and low voltage systems
  • Ability to accurately use and maintain precision measuring devices
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of OSHA regulations
