Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest bookings, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Process transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel events, promotions, and services to provide guests with personalized recommendations and offers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in the local language, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs (23kg), with frequent bending and kneeling.
