Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Account Executive to join our team at Cinter Career. This role involves effectively increasing and maximizing sales revenue and profit of network & system solutions and system integration.

About the Role
  • We require a highly skilled individual with strong Japanese and English language proficiency, preferably with 3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, particularly in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop sales of products and services of network solutions and system integration.
  2. Find competitive market opportunities and respond to customers in a timely manner.
  3. Make sales calls, new business development, and provide proposals and project information to potential customers.
  4. Contact existing customers to find out their needs and possibilities of expansion.
  5. Maintain existing customers with maximum customer satisfaction and cross-sales.
  6. Prepare and review assigned account information and enter information for monthly invoices.
  7. Prepare written presentations, reports, and process quotations to customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Sales; preferably in the IT industry.
  • Prior Sales Engineer experience is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in both Japanese and English.
  • Understanding or experience with some or all of the following: Network protocols, Network Equipment, Cloud services, Server Infrastructure, Security Solutions, Security Consulting.
