About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to align with business priorities, in consultation with General Managers.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage internal and external communication, own digital presence, including property website, third-party channels, and social media while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Campaign Performance: Expertly articulate campaign performance regularly to General Managers, Sales and Revenue Management leaders, and Hotel Ownership.
  • Team Leadership: May oversee Marketing Coordinator for execution of identified tactics.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related major; 1 year experience in Marketing or a comparable professional area.
  • Skills: Proven ability to create and maintain strong relationships and negotiation skills with key internal and external partners/stakeholders.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $102,000 to $133,000. Marriott offers a bonus program, comprehensive health care benefits, 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, employee stock purchase plan at 15% discount, accrued paid time off (including sick leave where applicable), life insurance, group disability insurance, travel discounts, adoption assistance, paid parental leave, health savings account (except for positions based out of or performed in Hawaii), flexible spending accounts, tuition assistance, pre-tax commuter benefits, other life and work wellness benefits, and may include other incentives such as stock awards and deferred compensation plans.
