Work Schedule
This position primarily operates during daytime hours from Monday to Friday. However, as an exempt-level role, additional hours may be required to fulfill job responsibilities, including potential on-call duties.

Position Overview
The Senior EHR Analyst will oversee the execution of the system development life cycle (SDLC) for an electronic health record system. Responsibilities encompass conducting the EHR system build, configuring the system, and supporting workflow design initiatives. This role will also involve developing and maintaining documentation in line with service management standards, policies, and business procedures. The analyst will ensure that system design requirements and documentation align with workflow modifications.

The analyst will actively engage in all phases and activities pertinent to their area of responsibility within the SDLC. This role will implement a quality management plan tailored to specific responsibilities.

Collaboration and Communication
This position will participate in operational and integrated workgroups to evaluate user feedback, gather configuration requirements, and review/audit system builds. Regular meetings with team members and project leadership will be essential to discuss deliverable statuses, issues, change communications, and updates.

Analysts will conduct peer reviews of work products and troubleshoot issues to maintain a defect-free environment. They will collaborate with end-users, vendor representatives, project leadership, and other teams to ensure successful design, build, and implementation that meets business needs.

No supervisory responsibilities are associated with this position.

Preferred Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, Health Administration, or Healthcare is preferred, along with at least five years of experience in healthcare, information technology, or a related field.
