Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations for Commercial applications, including Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health, and Tableau

  • Lead and facilitate business process and design sessions with both business and technical teams to define functional and technical requirements

  • Develop and manage data exchange technologies and processes to optimize data movement while ensuring compliance with policies
  • Ensure that changes in source systems are accurately reflected in analytical reporting and integration points
  • Identify key areas for end-user training and partner with internal teams to develop and execute educational initiatives
  • Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure effective end-user support processes and systems
  • Utilize internal and vendor solutions to track requests, bugs, and issues, ensuring prioritization of tasks
  • Proactively communicate system changes and updates to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) with over 5 years of experience in IT and applications
  • Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Commercial and Patient Support roles, is preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience with Veeva CRM and Salesforce cloud platforms
  • Strong knowledge of standard pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., Claims, Dispense, HCP/HCO demographics) is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with cloud database platforms and a solid understanding of SQL (Snowflake preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience working with Tableau and understanding report consumption
  • Familiarity with source systems like Veeva CRM and Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Experience with Master Data Management concepts and platforms
  • Knowledge of omni-channel marketing data
  • Experience with Contact Center applications, preferably Genesys or Five9
  • Proven ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing vendors that support and enhance Commercial and Analytical applications
  • Strong project management skills, capable of navigating multiple priorities
  • Commitment to compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
