A Day in the Life of a Guest Service Agent

The Guest Service Agent (Overnight) plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include registration and check-out, PBX operations, mail and message service, and providing outstanding service. As an advocate for the hotel, you'll create ridiculously personal experiences and develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return.

Key tasks include reviewing arrivals, checking in and out hotel guests, answering phone calls, completing daily checklists, and conducting pre-assignments of hotel rooms. You'll also follow established key control policies, ensure proper credit procedures, and submit lost and found articles.
