Vaco is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and monitor incoming payments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Verify and post receipts to secure revenue and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and send bills, invoices, and bank deposits to clients.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Investigate and resolve client billing issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and communicating with clients.
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
  • Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Proficiency in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
