Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests while operating a cash register and accepting payment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food service industry and be able to maintain a clean and organized work space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cash register sales by entering orders and completing transactions.
  • Maintain stock and supply levels, and communicate with the Concessions Stand Manager of low stock items.
  • Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
  • Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages responsibly.
  • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 or over.
  • Three or more months' experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn to handle cash and operate a cash register and corresponding system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
