Rastelli Foods Group is seeking a dedicated Spanish-English HR Representative to support our second-shift operations. This role requires a unique blend of HR expertise, bilingual proficiency, and a passion for employee development.

Job Description:

Job Overview

This position will work closely with the Safety Team to conduct investigations, maintain records, and report on safety incidents. The representative will also assist in developing and delivering training programs, including onboarding for new hires and skills training for current employees.

Responsibilities:

  1. Safety and Compliance:
    1. Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are communicated effectively to employees.
    2. Conduct safety orientations, facilitate safety training sessions, and assist in implementing safety procedures.
  2. Training and Development:
    1. Assist in developing and delivering training programs to meet the needs of second-shift employees.
    2. Conduct training sessions in both Spanish and English as needed to ensure clear understanding.
  3. Employee Relations:
    1. Act as the first point of contact for second-shift employees' HR-related inquiries and concerns.
    2. Address and resolve employee issues promptly, maintaining open and effective communication between employees and management.
  4. Salary:$70,000 - $80,000 per year

  6. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a focus on safety and training preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

The successful candidate will be able to build rapport with diverse employee groups, possess strong organizational skills, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
