Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of email and social media marketing, as well as HubSpot CRM Management. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive revenue and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive content marketing plans aligned with industry goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- HubSpot Management
- Utilize HubSpot to manage and optimize CRM, email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation processes.
- Create, track, and review campaigns in HubSpot to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Campaign Execution & Management
- Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through personalized marketing initiatives.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing.
- Other Qualifications
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000, commensurate with experience, as well as matching retirement plan, paid holidays, PTO, and group health and dental benefits.
