Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term brand strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Define brand positioning, target audience, and ensure brand consistency across marketing communication.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to derive marketing insights.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Design marketing programs, ensuring all reflect brand's identity and values.
  • Participate as a member of cross-functional product development team and develop marketing plans to activate product launches.
  • Plan and evaluate promotional activities to achieve brand penetration objectives.
  • Prepare sales materials and conduct product trainings.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of progressive work experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the food industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications, economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate success in consumer-centric brand strategies, including product launches and execution of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Preferred knowledge of specialty Asian cuisine, culture, and language.
  • Bilingual skills preferred (Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai).
