Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the needs of students with communication disorders.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication development.
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and teachers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Communication and Sciences Disorders.
  • Current State SLP licensure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech therapy.
