POSITION SUMMARY:

Clear Path Pediatric Therapy LLC is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential speech therapy services within a school environment. This role is integral to our commitment to fostering communication skills in children, enabling them to thrive academically and socially.

As a small, clinician-owned practice, we offer a variety of therapeutic services to educational institutions, including public and private schools, ensuring that we meet the diverse needs of our community.


The Speech-Language Pathologist will collaborate with fellow professionals and benefit from a supportive work environment characterized by manageable caseloads and ample time for indirect therapy activities, such as planning and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality speech and language therapy tailored to the needs of assigned students.
  • Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective educational strategies.
  • Create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that enhance communication abilities, including expressive and receptive language skills, social skills, and articulation.
  • Participate actively in IEP planning meetings to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of student progress.
  • Assess student development and provide recommendations for extended school year services.
  • Implement effective behavior management techniques.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in speech and language therapy.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

The position offers flexibility in scheduling and group sizes, with resources for materials and assessments provided. Mentorship and support are available to enhance professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply with mentorship available).
  • Valid licensure in Speech Language Pathology from the appropriate state department.
  • Certification as a School Speech Language Pathologist (K-12) with assistance available for obtaining this credential.

Ability to pass all necessary background checks and possess the required educational qualifications.
