Business Development Associate

About the Role
As a Business Development Associate at Headway, you will be responsible for accelerating our company's health plan partnerships efforts with health plans across the nation. This role will be on the front-line of rewiring mental healthcare in America, ensuring everyone can access our mental health care system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market analysis that shapes our prioritization of markets and payer partners.
- Own healthcare research that informs our health plan partnerships tactics.
- Build out sales infrastructure that allows us to coordinate dozens of parallel efforts.
You Will Thrive in This Role If
You have 3+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or a similar role where you owned complex analytical and/or operational problems from end-to-end. Bonus points for direct healthcare experience.
You are resourceful, scrappy, and leave no stone unturned. Where others see challenges, you see opportunities.
You are operationally excellent, able to manage a large volume of moving pieces.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary information is based on a single salary target per role and is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C)
Group A: $125,000
Group B: $112,500
Group C: $100,000
