Job Description:
Martello Re Limited seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and other members of the Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the success of our organization. We offer a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other assigned Executive Leadership Team members.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, travel, and daily tasks across multiple time zones.
- Track expenses and prepare expense reports in accordance with company policy.
- Support the Executive Leadership Team in preparing for internal or external meetings, conducting research, and other tasks as needed.
- Assist with task tracking, coordination, and follow-ups. Write individualized correspondence and other documents as requested.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- At least five years of related experience required.

Benefits:
Prolonged competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package commensurate with experience. Full-time position located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Periodic travel to Martello Re offices for internal meetings, as needed.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
