• Achieve the goal of a 60/40 labor ratio and eliminate unnecessary overtime

• Cross-train associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform multiple tasks

• Attend monthly safety meetings with associates and train them in areas of safety

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role

• Proven track record of success in leading kitchen operations and improving quality and efficiency

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members

• Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers

• Strong knowledge of food sanitation techniques, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
