Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Bottoms Up Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of pizza preparation and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and taste.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in pizza preparation and other menu items, ensuring that all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure that all menu items are prepared and cooked according to recipe specifications, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Assist with kitchen organization and cleanliness, ensuring that the kitchen is well-maintained and efficient.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a line cook or sous chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious food, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
