Clinical Nurse II

The University of California, Irvine is seeking a Clinical Nurse II to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. Your expertise in emergency nursing will be invaluable in this role, and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families.
Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and educate nursing students and new staff members, sharing your expertise and experience to help them grow in their careers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minimum of 6 months of recent emergency nursing experience. You will also need to be able to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to communicate effectively in English. Additionally, you will need to be able to maintain flexibility and work well in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
