Event Producer Job Description

The Event Producer is a critical role within the Event Productions team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer-centric event production services and support. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, ability to work across multiple teams and cultures, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, organizers, production engineers, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage event planning, coordination, and execution, including scheduling, logistics, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and approve event requests, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Manage event budgets, expenses, and reporting to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on event production and coordination.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements, using data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery, with a focus on stakeholder management and communication.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Strong understanding of event production, coordination, and logistics.
