Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Specialist to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. This role will be responsible for providing critical support to our commercial real estate transactions team, including financial modeling, market research, and investment sales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare investment sales, financing, and equity advisory packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions.
  • Responsible for complex financial modeling through the use of Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise.
  • Manage the due diligence process and be the driving force in working through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction.
  • Work alongside producers in deliberating thoughtful strategies for clients' real estate portfolios.
  • Must be technically proficient in the use of databases and be able to effectively identify what data from this system will be useful to determine trends and for preparation for pitches and meetings.
  • Must understand and review real estate documents to determine in-place operating performance and if any issues exist.
  • Develop and recommend sale, financing, and equity alternatives to present to producers.
  • Begin to build client network within the industry through meetings, events, and involvement in real estate trade organizations.
  • Participate in weekly office meetings with producers to discuss deal flow, deal status, market conditions, and review new client leads.
Requirements
  • 2-6 years of experience in a financial analysis environment; mortgage or commercial real estate industry preferred.
  • Intellectually curious, hardworking, competitive, and a strong pride of ownership.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills; able to interface with top-level executives.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation

$55,000 + $70,000 plus bonus potential.

Location

On-site - Irvine, CA, Seattle, WA.
