Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hyatt. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Handle front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process guest payments and handle any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest stays and transactions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic accounting and math skills.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
