Job Title: Resort Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Resort Front Desk Agent to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring accurate and efficient room assignments.
  • Manage guest requests, including room changes, wake-up calls, and other special requests.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel property management systems.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
