Manager Specialist in Training

ICF seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Grantee Specialist Manager for the Region II Head Start Training and Technical Assistance network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of home-based Grantee Specialists and implementing a comprehensive system of quality assurance that promotes the provision of effective training and technical assistance to Head Start and Early Head Start grantees.
Key responsibilities include developing professional development plans for Grantee Specialists and HS Specialists, supporting the expansion of their expertise through observation, reflective supervision, professional development, and coaching.
The Grantee Specialist Manager will also work closely with the Regional Office on short, intermediate, and long-term planning in accordance with OHS Central and Regional Office priorities.
Additionally, the candidate will participate in national and regional meetings with the ACF Regional Program Manager, the COR, ACF program and grants staff, and state level early childhood systems partners.
Travel is required to fulfill the requirements of the position.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in providing technical assistance to HS/EHS programs related to management and fiscal systems, as well as 3+ years of progressive supervision/management and staff development experience.
Experience developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance systems, working with a management team for planning and project leadership, analyzing, aggregating, and presenting data gathered from multiple sources, and communicating with various audiences is also highly desirable.
