Gymnastics Instructor Trainee

Program Overview

The Volunteer-in-Training (VIT) program at Inclusion Sports Performance Training is designed for youth ages 13-15 who are eager to develop the skills needed to become effective Gymnastics Instructors, Birthday Party Facilitators or Camp Counselors. This is a volunteer position where we train for possible employment opportunities on our team.

As a VIT, you will have the opportunity to learn essential management and leadership skills, receive training in first aid, group leadership, time management, and more. You will also develop skills that can enhance leadership opportunities in school, extracurricular activities, and future jobs.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge
- Assist in the delivery of programs and services
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements

- Ages 13-15
- Ability to commit to the program for a minimum of 6 months
