\t* Direct the Dental Strategy team to provide analytical insights and support the Executive Senior Leadership team with organizational direction.

\t* Use data to assess new opportunities and value propositions, and develop presentations to communicate dental organization advantages and strengths.
\t* Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy and operations improvements.
\t* Work with the Executive Dental Director to support the creation of short and long-term clinical dental strategy.
\t* Manage the execution of approved and identified strategic initiatives for the dental organization.
\t* Collaborate with management and peers in all departments within the dental organization, as well as supporting departments at Dearborn and HCSC.

\t* Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in managed care or network management at the Dental or Health Plan level, or 10 years of network management experience.
\t* 1 year of experience in a management or leadership capacity.
\t* Strong analytical skills, with experience performing data analysis and applying critical thinking to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
\t* PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, with experience developing presentations and graphical displays of information.
\t* Project management experience.
