Role Summary:
The Customer Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support and analysis within a federal help desk environment. This position necessitates effective collaboration with both government and contractor personnel to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt on-site assistance to clients
  • Facilitate end-user support and communicate with management regarding system-related issues
  • Ensure efficient transaction processing
  • Design and troubleshoot SQL queries
  • Exhibit proficiency in federal acquisition protocols
  • Work closely with the program management office
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts on a monthly basis
  • Contribute to the formulation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Support training sessions for users of financial systems
  • Identify and resolve intricate issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring challenges
  • Document support activities for future reference
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors on technical matters
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Possess a current TS/SCI security clearance
  • Hold a current CI Polygraph or be eligible to obtain one
  • Experience in Service Desk support is essential
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Capability to lead testing initiatives for software releases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Budget Analyst in support of federal systems
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials or similar Government Financial Accounting Systems
  • Understanding of Defense Travel transaction processes
