About the Role

At EPIP, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fundraising Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our Direct Marketing and Annual Giving campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive direct mail and online/digital giving and engagement strategies to inspire donors to support our annual fund.
  • Cultivate and solicit direct mail and online donors who contribute $1,000 to $9,999 annually, ensuring exceptional donor experiences.
  • Draft compelling letters, brochures, and other materials to engage donors and prospects, reflecting our organization's mission and values.
  • Facilitate messaging/brand effectiveness reviews and ensure all communications are clear, timely, and relevant to our work and priorities.
  • Manage external agencies and third-party vendors to deliver successful annual campaigns and solutions.
  • In collaboration with our Individual Giving team, identify top prospects and their organizational interests to maximize donor relationships and provide opportunities for further stewardship and giving.
  • Manage LDF donor acknowledgement processes and collaborate with special events teams to plan and execute stewardship events and engagement activities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably in direct marketing and annual giving campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and manage creative processes.
  • Proficiency in donor management systems and relational database tools, with attention to detail and ability to analyze campaign performance.
  • Budget development, management, and reporting experience, with a strong understanding of campaign management principles.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
  • Business acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Availability for light travel and experience with Microsoft Office software applications.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
