- Offer on-site VIP support for executives
- Provide extensive off-hour VIP support and other urgent cases
- Work as a Tier 2 level technical support specialist
- Experience with SCCM on image deployment from client side
- High-level troubleshooting technique on AD, Events, and Systems
- Support in-house security solution management
- Provide technical support in using Windows domain tools
- Must have MDM/EMM support experience
- Must have Corporate MacOS/MacBook support experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3-years of Corporate Desktop Support or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Must have strong speaking and writing skills
- Must have onsite & remote Executive support
- Must be able to travel within US up to 10% of work time
- VDI support experience is a plus
