Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage small-scale engineering projects
  • Independently resolve production challenges utilizing technical expertise
  • Design and implement testing protocols
  • Establish quality benchmarks and ensure compliance with standards
  • Develop production methodologies and operational guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education, training, and experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering
  • Expertise in technical areas such as rubber, fabrication, coatings, or machining
  • Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools

Compensation Package: $83,800-125,700 annually
