Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

React Health Holdings, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes for ventilators and oxygen concentrators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, and conferring with equipment vendors.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished-product and process capabilities, establishing standards, and confirming manufacturing processes.
  • Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering, working with quality control systems, preferably in electronics or medical devices, as well as in a GMP/ISO environment.
  • Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
  • DMAIC or Six Sigma certifications.
  • Durable medical equipment or medical device experience.
  • Effective task and time management skills.
  • Master problem solver familiar with root cause analysis techniques.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Computer proficient; confident using data analysis programs and Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience using CAD (computer aided design) and CAM (computer aided manufacturing) software.
Working Conditions:

Predominantly operates in an office environment and light industrial assembly area.
