We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our US Payer Marketing and Market Access efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize patient access to our products and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of payer marketing and market access strategies to achieve business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct research and analytics to inform payer strategies
- Integrate payer access strategies into brand operating plans and present recommendations to stakeholder leadership teams
- Develop and implement a compelling value story to payers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall product strategy
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Pricing and Contracting, Medical Affairs, and other stakeholder teams to ensure payer strategy aligns with company performance objectives
- Responsible for developing payer-centered branding, awareness, and pull-through initiatives
- Contribute to the financial forecasting process and track ROI, targeting, formulary status, and pull-through program effectiveness
- BS/BA in Business/Marketing or Health Sciences related field; MBA, MS or PhD preferred
- Minimum of 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry with prior payer marketing, managed care/payer, or other commercial experience
- Previous experience in Neurology, specifically Migraine, strongly preferred
- Experience in multiple product launches and entry into new therapeutic areas is desired
