Bard College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director and Restorative Practices Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Bard DNA to accomplish organizational goals and achieve our vision of serving as a network of support, resources, and community for students who have been historically underrepresented in postsecondary higher education.

The Associate Director and Restorative Practices Facilitator will support Bard DNA by taking a leadership role in student-facing aspects of the program, including the Bard DNA Student Leadership Team, the Bard DNA Peer Mentoring Program, and the Bard DNA Fellows Program. As a Restorative Practices Facilitator, the successful applicant will work closely with the Principal and Assistant Principals to provide support to our Student Support Team and serve as a resource for the school community.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background and experience in leadership roles, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, student advocacy, and student development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with, supporting, and advocating for historically marginalized students, as well as knowledge and experience in workshop design, large group facilitation, and event planning.
