Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to internal tickets in a timely manner
  • Upload data into the CRM system
  • Resolve duplicate records and assist with query, form, and event building
  • Provide staff training within the system
  • Assist with the implementation of a new CRM
  • Support admission and financial aid decision releases
  • Assist with annual cycle prep of applications
  • Data entry as needed
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or certificate in information technology, computer science, business, marketing, or related field
  • General understanding of CRMs and SaaS models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Google Workplace is preferred
