Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to internal tickets in a timely manner
- Upload data into the CRM system
- Resolve duplicate records and assist with query, form, and event building
- Provide staff training within the system
- Assist with the implementation of a new CRM
- Support admission and financial aid decision releases
- Assist with annual cycle prep of applications
- Data entry as needed
- Associate degree or certificate in information technology, computer science, business, marketing, or related field
- General understanding of CRMs and SaaS models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Google Workplace is preferred
