We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at Sage Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Responsibilities- Greets and checks in arriving guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Responds to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Processes guest departures, accurately calculating and posting monies, receipts, and guest accounts.
- Operates the PBX equipment, accepting incoming calls, assisting outgoing calls, and paging guests as needed.
- Maintains a high level of cash handling accuracy and controls cash transactions at the front desk.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in oral and written English, with the ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
