Job Title: Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Symmetry360. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, client communication, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the Location Director and Assistant Location Director to achieve sales, staff, and client-related goals
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Develop and maintain a positive team culture, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales, revenue, and other key performance indicators
  • Develop and implement internal marketing initiatives to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or management role in a spa or wellness center
  • Proven track record of improving client satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office365 products
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
