We are a leading provider of quality healthcare services in Southern California, with 30 locations across the region. Our centers offer advanced diagnostic and treatment options for traumatic, life-threatening injuries, and other medical conditions.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrator & Patient Scheduler to join our team. This is a full-time non-exempt position working Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays on rotation (overtime). The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet patients, checking them in and processing paperwork.
  • Enter new patients into our computer system and create new patient files.
  • Filing documents in patients' medical records and answering phones.
  • Performing various clerical duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (GED) required; experience working in radiology or customer service preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance plans, benefits verification, and authorization procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and internet savvy.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
